TAI is committed to ensuring that diverse communities feel welcome and included in Iowa’s technology community. TAI’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee selects projects to educate and provide resources for member companies to promote diversity, inclusion, and equity in the workforce (talent), workplace (engagement), and marketplace (community).
