Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver quality source code and software components in a timely manner
- Contribute to technical solution design for one or more complex applications as defined by the software development team
- Perform design and code peer reviews
- Participate in trade-off analyses and provide input to architectural analysis tasks
- Understand unit testing principles in order to apply practices during the build and execution of assigned work
- Advance quality assurance automation testing by collaborating with team members
- Define and achieve business goals and meet deadlines while working independently and collaboratively
- Write quality unit tests and automation to be handed over to QA
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience with .NET and C#, development principles, and clean code
- Skilled in databases, stored procedures, clean code concept, and SQL Server
- Able to create an API that other applications can hook into
- Outstanding analysis and coding skills
- Skilled in database software, e-mail, Internet software, spreadsheets and their macros, word processing, and company proprietary software used by the department
- Past success in managing multiple, simultaneous initiatives, and conflicting priorities
- GIT knowledge is a plus
- VB6 code experience is a plus
- Excellent communication, time management and problem solving skills
