Responsibilities:
- Create, answer, analyze and escalate service requests and incidents
- Provide exceptional customer service by phone, email, or service desk ticketing system
- Manage service desk ticketing system
- Monitor, review, and close all incidents in a timely manner
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Service Desk Analyst
- Past experience in a call center, service desk, customer support, or similar environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Technical Skills desired: O365, VDI, MDT, Microsoft operating systems, Avaya phone systems
