Service Desk Analyst (30580)

Responsibilities:

  • Create, answer, analyze and escalate service requests and incidents
  • Provide exceptional customer service by phone, email, or service desk ticketing system
  • Manage service desk ticketing system
  • Monitor, review, and close all incidents in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Service Desk Analyst
  • Past experience in a call center, service desk, customer support, or similar environment
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Technical Skills desired: O365, VDI, MDT, Microsoft operating systems, Avaya phone systems
