Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee large projects
- Oversee the development, coordination, planning and implementation of new processes and procedures
- Create efficiencies, provide transparency, and deliver consistency project methodology
- Develop new initiatives to support the strategic direction of the organization
- Establish project scope, timeline, risks, issues, and cost
- Deliver effective, accurate, and consistent communication to senior leaders, project teams, management, external clients, and vendors
- Facilitate the delivery of services among different program activities to increase effectiveness and efficiency
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in project management
- Knowledge of business planning and product development
- Microsoft Project knowledge
- Skilled with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Skilled at leading a team of peers
- Ability to manage multiple large projects, adhering to deadlines
- Strong risk management skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, leadership and interpersonal skills
