Business Analyst (31182)

They are searching for a qualified Business Analyst who will provide support to customers and technical teams involved in the ongoing development process. Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clarify, and maintain written business requirements for various projects
  • Serve as the liaison between the customer, testing teams, and the development
  • Provide technical expertise pertaining to the development, implementation, and maintenance of specific applications, reporting systems, and databases
  • Provide support on interpreting operations’ requirements
  • Ensure end result meets customer and Company satisfaction
  • Participate in application and process improvement activities
  • Identify and monitor issues and bugs
  • Relay information for improvements to development teams, ensuring quality products are delivered
  • Assist preprogramming staff in correcting and resolving issues as they arise
  • Provide training in applications for staff
  • Verify and analyze report data
  • Coordinate the production and dissemination of performance standards reports for management analysis

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience with business operations and systems development
  • Past experience working in JIRA and Confluence
  • Excellent communication skills
