Technical Support Dispatcher (31334)

Responsibilities:

  • Review and process service requests through phone calls, email, manual entry, or direct customer input
  • Provide exceptional customer service and provide readily available information to customers
  • Perform incident discovery
  • Document incidents and requests in a helpdesk ticketing system
  • Determine the tier of technical support needed for each incident
  • Ensure prompt time entry on service requests by monitoring resource schedules
  • Coordinate assignments and schedules
  • Re-assign escalated tickets to higher-tiered technicians based on the appropriate workflow
  • Monitor ticket system

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Basic computer and operating system knowledge
  • Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated
  • Skilled at matching technical resources with technical issues
  • Strong customer relationship, communication and problem-solving skills
