Responsibilities:
- Work with end-users to address problem reports
- Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot systems critical to the company
- Create and maintain configuration diagrams, install scripts and documentation
- Analyze problems and determine the best resolution to reported issues
- Assist in potential integration of new products/systems/devices
- Perform group policy management/troubleshooting
- Act as endpoint management for updates/software packaging
- Complete O365 account creation, migration, troubleshooting, and setup of new products
- Support and manage VDI and AppShare
- Perform scripting to automate account creation/deletion
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience working with highly available network/computer systems
- Expert in Windows O/S, Active Directory, and Office 365
- Outstanding customer service and multi-tasking skills
- Able to control project deliverables and expectations
