Responsibilities:
- Work with the development teams
- Manage SQL Server Databases on both on premises and Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Performance tune stored procedures and SQL
- Manage peer-to-peer replication between all environments
- Guide and support the development teams’ technical aptitude in data management and performance concepts
- Help architect new database solutions
- Manage Data Warehouse DB’s
- Manage SSIS jobs, ETL, and reporting
- Perform data analytics
Requirements:
- 5+ years of database administrator experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of AWS Redshift or Snowflake Datawarehouse or Azure Synapse
- Experienced administrator of Microsoft server solutions
- Skilled in relational database management systems
- Knowledge of Data modeling and ERD building
- Backup, recovery, and disaster recovery experience
- Outstanding communication skills
