Responsibilities:
- Lead the team responsible for managing all aspects of Solutions Engineering
- Ensures the right team structures and development processes have consistent practices, all the while providing technical leadership on key technology projects.
- Execute and enforce best practices and coding standards
- Ensure high quality and on-time delivery of key projects
- Participate in all phases of the SDLC process workflow to optimize the delivery of technology solutions
- Develop, measure, and improve software engineering KPIs
- Develop, test, and contribute improvements to applications
- Track, coordinate, and help prioritize work within the software development lifecycle
Requirements:
- 10+ years of information technology experience, including 8 years in a software solutions engineering role
- 5+ years in a technical leadership role
- Senior level experience in multiple information technology disciplines
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Experience with common system integration and services frameworks
- Exposure to diverse technical configurations, technologies, and processing environments
- Experience in Cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS, and Google
