Responsibilities:
- Research, evaluate, and recommend hardware and software solutions
- Serve as the technical expert for Windows systems, VMware and VDI
- Manage Active Directory and DNS
- Monitor and test systems performance
- Establish and maintain proper system documentation
- Work with hardware vendors, software vendors, and service providers to resolve technical issues
- Develop, implement, and monitor security policies and procedures consistent with best practices
- Manage and monitor Microsoft Exchange and SharePoint environments
- Act as an IT infrastructure technical consultant to management and staff
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience with Windows Server Administration (AD, GPO, IIS, Scripting)
- Must have expert level experience with VMWare ESXi 6.x, Horizon, and Terminal Server
- Microsoft technology experience with O365, SharePoint, and Exchange
- Rotating on-call support for off-hours support and maintenance weekends
