Responsibilities:

  • Implement innovative global and mobile solutions for people platforms
  • Partner with a variety of business stakeholders and vendors
  • Design, implement, and support cloud-based solutions
  • Deliver new UIs that improve and simplify the employee and leader experience
  • Expand system offerings through cloud solution’s mobile app
  • Innovate and experiment with different ideas, solutions and technologies

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of professional development experience with modern programming languages
  • Able to handle competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Technical experience with Cloud integrations & Web Services, Data integration and virtualization Reporting, analytics and query tools
  • Systems implementation experience on Oracle HCM Cloud or any other HR Management Systems (Workday, PeopleSoft)
  • Understanding of SQL & Python
  • AWS is preferred for Cloud
  • Java development background is preferred
  • Outstanding problem-solving, organizational, time management, communication, and presentation skills
