Responsibilities:
- Implement innovative global and mobile solutions for people platforms
- Partner with a variety of business stakeholders and vendors
- Design, implement, and support cloud-based solutions
- Deliver new UIs that improve and simplify the employee and leader experience
- Expand system offerings through cloud solution’s mobile app
- Innovate and experiment with different ideas, solutions and technologies
Requirements:
- 2+ years of professional development experience with modern programming languages
- Able to handle competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Technical experience with Cloud integrations & Web Services, Data integration and virtualization Reporting, analytics and query tools
- Systems implementation experience on Oracle HCM Cloud or any other HR Management Systems (Workday, PeopleSoft)
- Understanding of SQL & Python
- AWS is preferred for Cloud
- Java development background is preferred
- Outstanding problem-solving, organizational, time management, communication, and presentation skills
