Responsibilities:
- Gain an understanding of data needs and translate to data and reporting requirements
- Report strategy, solutions, and roadmap to senior-level executives and clients
- Transform business and client data requirements into meaningful data extracts, reports, and data visualizations
- Identify gaps and recommend best practices where opportunities exist
- Develop SQL, T-SQL scripts, and SQL stored procedures for various reporting and data development projects
- Develop enterprise and client level reporting solutions in Tableau (Primary), SSRS, and PowerBI
- Provide production support services in Tableau, SSRS, and PowerBI
- Develop and design solutions with security as a critical design requirement for data, systems, and applications
- Manage, monitor, and report risks
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience where primary responsibility involves advanced enterprise and client-facing report design and advanced development in SSRS and Tableau
- Experience leading medium-size data-driven or reporting projects
- Data development experience within a PCI environment
- Expert in SQL, T-SQL scripting languages, and Tableau Reporting technologies
- Knowledge of SSRS and Power BI reporting technologies
- Expert using MS office tools Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook
- Data query languages, reporting software, and distribution experience
- Expert skill level with Tableau Desktop Pro including the ability to use calculations, parameters, and table calculations in tandem
- Excellent communication skills
