The objective of this role is to develop technology solutions and strategies for clients and ensure the growth of the project revenue stream by expanding the breadth and depth of solutions delivered to clients. Oversee all aspects of projects to ensure a high level of quality and service. Manages the project communications with clients, team and vendors by establishing and managing project timelines to meet or exceed expectations.
What You’ll Accomplish and Experience
Provide business technology strategy and solutions for client projects
Uncover and understand challenging business problems and provide effective technical solutions to solve the issues
Assist in designing and implement successful, high value technology solutions
Function as an expert resource for escalation of technical issues
Execute strong consulting skills including an ability to provide strategic recommendations that provide business value to clients
Collaborate with team to introduce new innovative products, solutions and processes
Desirable Previous Experience
Demonstrated experience in an agile environment
Ability to extrapolate data and make business decisions
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Proven leadership in problem solving and analysis that can be applied across all types of business problems.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-taking skills
Ability to independently leverage critical thinking skills to address project issues
Energy, drive and passion for end-to-end excellence and customer experience improvement
Willingness to be a flexible team player adapting to priorities as needed.
Associates Degree in Network/LAN Administration or CompTIA Network +
CompTIA Server+ or MCSA Windows Server
Deploy and Migrate Microsoft Office 365
CompTIA Security+ or Microsoft Certifications
Intermediate understanding of IP sub netting and routing
Advanced understanding of Windows servers including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Print management and Exchange
Advanced understanding of various Windows client operating systems
Advanced understanding of hardware, application software, email, remote access, networking and printers
