Business Systems Analyst

This is your opportunity to work for a local employer of choice.  CFU is currently recruiting for a full-time Business Systems Analyst to join our Information Systems team to provide support to our business areas in finance/accounting, inventory and warehousing.  The Business Systems Analyst will work closely with internal customers by resolving functional and technical issues with PeopleSoft and Perceptive Content.

Compensation & Benefits

Salaried, FLSA exempt position.  Starting wage is based upon individual qualifications.  Pay Range is $78,369 – $107,478
Typical work schedule is Monday-Friday 7:30am – 4:30pm with an hour lunch.
Remote work is available, position does require on-site presence.

Responsibilities
Extensive leeway is granted for the exercise of independent judgment and initiative.   Has access to confidential information, therefore must abide by Cyber Security policies.  This position requires the ability achieve results through team involvement and commitment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Provides functional and technical support for Financials, Purchasing, Inventory, and Asset Accounting applications (PeopleSoft Financials).Provides functional and technical support for document imaging, management, and workflow applications (Perceptive Content).

Develops and maintains custom queries and reports for PeopleSoft Financials using specialty applications like Spreadsheet Server, nVision, and Power BI.

Develops new and modifies existing user interfaces/functionality for PeopleSoft Financials to meet business needs.

Develops new and modifies existing Perceptive Content workflows and management processes for various departments.

Performs various backend Oracle Database data updates or corrections for PeopleSoft Financials.

Acts as Project Lead and assists with technical and functional software upgrades of the systems they are responsible for.

Uses various application development tools build new or modify existing custom applications to meet business needs.

Assesses and monitors technology changes to the systems they are responsible for then seeks out cost effective resources to enhance their own skills and knowledge of those system changes.

Provides strategic and budget planning input to Information Systems Manager for the systems they are responsible.
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge:  Working knowledge and experience with the following: PeopleSoft Financials applications, PeopleTools, PeopleCode, PeopleSoft Application Designer, PeopleSoft nVision, SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, Toad for Oracle.

Abilities:  Operate computer system(s) and related equipment as required; make advanced analytical decisions; advanced planning and organizational skills; advanced application diagnostic skills; understand needs of end users; proficient communication, team and human relations skills; motivate and lead people.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or equivalent PeopleSoft training and work experience.

Experience:  4-5 years of experience working with and supporting PeopleSoft Financial applications.

Certifications/License: Oracle/Microsoft certifications preferred.
