Steve Billingsley
Director - Enterprise Architecture
ITA Group

Steve’s career was built in central Iowa by developing solutions, strategies and architectures for insurance, financial services and professional services organizations. He currently manages the Enterprise Architecture team at ITA Group, where he leads a multi-faceted team in providing guidance, design, implementation, and support of legacy and emerging technologies, enabling ITA Group to create and manage world-class recognition and incentive solutions. Steve holds a Bachelor of Architecture and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering (Structural Engineering) from Iowa State University.

Pallavi Dukle
Director, Information Security Architecture and Engineering
Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield

Pallavi Dukle has more than 23 years of experience in technology. She currently serves as director, information security architecture and engineering in the CISO office at Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield. 

Pallavi has been with Wellmark for more than 18 years and has held a variety of different technology positions, including technology leadership positions for the last ten years. Her key responsibilities at Wellmark are supporting identity access management, information security architecture and engineering teams. Her passions outside of keeping up with the latest technology trends include giving back to the community and supporting initiatives that support women in STEM. Pallavi currently serves on the West Des Moines police Multicultural Advisory Committee as well as Wellmark’s Technology Culture Committee.

Jasen Heaton
Senior Director Shared Services
Wells Enterprises

Jasen Heaton joined Wells Enterprises in October of 1999 and is currently the Senior Director of Shared Services, bringing over 20 years of experience in technology roles, business support, and leading merger and acquisition integrations. Jason is a proud 2023 Iowa Technology Leadership Institute alumni.

Jasen is a member of the IT leadership team at Wells Enterprises and heads all Shared Services, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Master Data Management, Customer Service, Robotic Process Automation, Electronic Data Interchange, Claims and Trade.  Jasen also serves as a business leader who helps drive the company’s efforts related to cultural change, DEIA (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility), and a sponsor for Emerging Leaders ERG and leadership.

Jasen and his wife Amy grew up in Siouxland, where they now live and work. He has a long passion for helping youth as he coached several sports for many years while his children Baily and Keegan were growing up. He also served on the board of the local little league in Sioux City. Jasen has been involved with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Siouxland for six years, where he currently is on a 5+ year match with his little brother Dakota. Jasen received his bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa.


Casie Muller
Director of Engineering
Principal Financial Group

Casie Muller is a passionate, adaptable, and results-driven IT professional with over 25 years of experience in leadership and strategy creation for a wide variety of technology-focused enterprise and department teams. She has a proven record of creating clarity in vision, building credibility with IT and business leaders, and translating architecture and strategy for understanding by all stakeholders. Her strengths include leadership, communication, agile practices, collaboration, big-picture thinking, analytical skills, organization, and leveraging others’ strengths to achieve results. Casie has broad information technology experience across multiple domains, including architecture, application development, IT strategy, information security, application development, infrastructure management (cloud and on-premise), and business architecture concepts.
