It provides contract/consulting, contract-to-hire, FTE Search, executive search, and project management services to top companies and their IT departments. From staff augmentation and project/business-specific solutions to direct (permanent) placement services, Beacon Hill Technologies’ dedicated team of recruiting and staffing experts consistently delivers quality IT professionals, including those with active security clearances, covering all the latest technologies on a time-sensitive basis.

Austin Olson
Senior Managing Director
Apex Systems

Austin Olson has been with Apex Systems for over 15 years, holding positions such as Information Technology Recruiter, Account Executive and currently as Managing Director of Iowa operations. Austin was instrumental in helping build the Kansas City market for Apex Systems prior to moving back to his hometown, Des Moines, in May of 2023. As managing director, Austin is responsible for strategy, leading the sales and recruiting functions, aligning the appropriate resources to support clients, ensuring accountability for daily branch operations, and overseeing the account managers, delivery managers, recruiters, and other branch staff. Austin is closely involved with Apex’s local & national client partnerships and leverages his experience and knowledge to help ensure the success and growth of our client partnerships.

Holly is a highly experienced senior leader who is accomplished in strategic planning, business development, and operations. She is passionate about understanding her clients’ environments and culture so she can partner with them to move their business goals forward. Holly has a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and delivering on strategic goals through her expertise in leading business, technology, and operations teams. Holly’s unique combination of financial acumen, entrepreneurship, and human resources expertise has helped Aureon Consulting achieve predictable, consistent, and profitable growth. Prior to becoming the President at Aureon Consulting, Holly spent over ten years leading M&A integration initiatives for top-tier wealth management and financial advice organizations. She specialized in data migrations and conversions, client onboarding, IT application and infrastructure integrations, and HR, risk and compliance work streams.

Talent Acquisition Outreach Program Consultant
Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield

Stacy Lovan is currently a Talent Acquisition Outreach Program Consultant for Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield. She has held a variety of roles within talent acquisition in her 13 years at Wellmark. She works alongside the Talent Acquisition team to support various hiring needs across the organization and primarily supports the emerging talent and community outreach initiatives at Wellmark. This includes programs such as our high school and college internship programs. Stacy also represents Wellmark at various community events throughout the year. 

Originally immigrated from Cambodia at the age of 2, Stacy grew up in Des Moines and received her associate and bachelor’s degrees from AIB College of Business. She is a mom to four children, four fur babies and several plants.
