Black Friday in 1987, California Housing Crash of the early ’90s, 9/11, 2008-09 Financial Meltdown, and now COVID-19. I can’t say that any of these have been less stressful, but I have noticed some common themes among the leaders who stood out to me during those times. This has influenced my own approach to leadership and managing people in general. In this session, I will discuss both my approach to career transitions and some key things I try to keep in mind when things go wrong.”
