Responsibilities:
- Formulate and define system scope and objectives under general direction
- Create or modify procedures to solve highly complex problems
- Write programs by preparing detailed specifications
- Design, code, test, debug, document, and maintain programs
- Manage nearly all phases of applications systems analysis and programming projects
Requirements:
- 8+ years of information technology development experience or equivalent preferred
- Effective verbal and written communications skills and the ability to communicate with business partners and other information technology staff
- Experience with a combination of Microsoft .NET Core, Node.js, ReactJS and Redux, Docker and Kubernetes, SAML2/OIDC/OAuth, SQL Server, and or NoSQL platforms
- Understanding of service-oriented architecture
- Willingness to learn and refactor COBOL.NET a huge plus
