Responsibilities:
- Lead and support application software development efforts
- Manage and develop software lifecycle processes in an enterprise Scrum organization
- Coach and collaborate with partners across all skill areas
- Help implement better Agile practices while driving prompt and timely execution of the project plan and product backlog
- Perform Scrum Master duties for two scrum teams with minimal guidance
- Lead the scrum team on the delivery of business capabilities by gaining ownership of cross-team/cross-value stream projects
