This person will be responsible for system analysis, data analysis, and requirements management for applications and data integration. Responsibilities:
- Manage system analysis, data analysis, and requirements for applications and data integration
- Manage systems and data requirements with the team, business, and vendors
- Lead the maturation of the requirements management process, tools, and practices
- Support data mapping and conversion efforts between internal and external systems
- Facilitate meetings to discuss status, business needs, plans, and roadmaps
- Ensure coverage of requirements, scope, resources, and timelines
- Plan and prioritize across multiple projects/programs
- Collaborate with project managers and sponsors to refine scope, vision, and delivery
- Recommend the controls and audit processes for system implementations
- Support the development of test plans and strategies
- Support the enterprise data strategy, data quality, and data governance initiatives
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience with business and technical requirements, data analysis, modeling and mapping, verification, and traceability
- 3+ years of experience managing direct reports
- Insurance industry experience, and knowledge of Annuity and Life products
- Vendor management experience
- Experience with Systems Developments Life Cycle methodologies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
