Eligibility: Applicants typically have a minimum of 15-20 years of professional experience, with many cohort members bringing 20–30+ years. Strong candidates also demonstrate several years of direct leadership experience.

• 2026 cohort selections will be notified by December 1, 2025
• Sessions begin in January 2026
