TAI Unveils Seven New Award Categories for the Prometheus Awards
DES MOINES, Iowa (June 24, 2024) – The Technology Association of Iowa (TAI) announced today the introduction of seven new award categories for the 2024 Prometheus Awards that reflect the dynamic evolution of technology and innovation achievement in Iowa.
The refreshed award categories honor achievements in artificial intelligence, customer experience, data solutions, manufacturing innovation and industry-leading talent. Below is a full list of new award categories.
- Manufacturing Innovation of the Year
- AI Breakthrough of the Year
- Outstanding UX/CX Achievement of the Year
- Data Solution of the Year
- Next-Gen Tech Professional of the Year
- CIO/CTO of the Year
- CISO of the Year
“These new award categories underscore our commitment to honoring those who are driving Iowa’s tech sector forward,” said Brian Waller, President of TAI. “They highlight the transformative impact of emerging technologies and innovation, celebrating the leaders and organizations who are pushing boundaries and setting new standards.”
The Prometheus Awards nomination period opens on July 1 and runs through August 9, 2024. Finalists for each award category will be formally announced in mid-September with award winners honored at the 2024 Prometheus Awards on November 6th in downtown Des Moines.
