ViClarity is a global leader in compliance and technology solutions for credit unions and other regulated industries. We are seeking a Chief Revenue Officer to join our dynamic team. This position plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s revenue growth and profitability by developing and executing effective sales, marketing, and business development initiatives, while working closely with the Global CEO and board to provide revenue-related insights and contribute to the overall business strategy.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead business development growth efforts, profitability and financial success of the US market with particular focus on technology sales.
- Accountable for the strategic direction of ViClarity US in collaboration with the Global CEO.
- Build, develop, improve and influence relationships with key target markets, clients and stakeholders.
- Lead and influence the sales and marketing team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Provide guidance and leadership to support the sales team, monitor performance and implement strategies to maximize sales effectiveness.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators and metrics to track sales revenue performance and effectiveness.
- Report revenue targets, sales pipeline and progress towards goals to the Global CEO and Board.
- Develop strategies and initiatives to enhance customer success, satisfaction and retention.
- Foster an overall sales culture of urgency and agility across the organization.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT or other related area.
- 10+ years of senior leadership experience preferably in SaaS/technology industry in a B2B environment.
- Proven experience leading and influencing cross functional teams with exceptional decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement a clear and effective business strategy.
- Strong financial skills and acumen with the ability to drive profitability.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Forward thinking mindset with ability to embrace and drive innovation.
- Possess a deep understanding of customer needs, ensuring revenue strategies align with customer experience.
