The Technical Administrator I is responsible for maintaining existing networking clients, and building, maintaining, and growing relationships and IT opportunities with new and existing clients. They will be provided the knowledge necessary to represent themselves as a Technical Administrator I, allowing them time to recommend the proper solution for each client’s challenge.
This position is responsible for continual support, as well as service performance and availability for environments within VGM Forbin’s control. These positions ensure adherence to control and security standards, and present recommendations on the design, development and maintenance of the credit union’s data, voice, collaboration, and communications networks.
