Impact & Responsibilities: Supports the configuration, maintenance, and ongoing implementation of student records systems; supports the development, maintenance, and implementation of student records retention policy pertaining to the storage, retrieval, and long-term viability of student records documents; troubleshoots and resolves user or system issues; interprets and analyzes ad hoc report requests; identifies the appropriate student records data elements and logic needed to fulfill the requests; develops and maintains Office of the Registrar website; develops and maintains student records reports inventory and documentation; develops and maintains system documentation; and provides support for additional projects as needed.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; at least one year of experience with information systems and reporting tools; strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical staff; attention to detail and accuracy; and excellent problem-solving skills.  Student experience will be considered.

Preferred: Experience with student records in higher education, PeopleSoft Campus Solutions student record module and student records data, PS Query and OBIEE reporting tools, and Drupal and web development tools.
