Systems Administrator IT – Network & Infrastructure Services

Administers cloud productivity suites including Google Workspace Plus for Education and Microsoft 365; maintains Active directory (on-premises, Azure, and test environments); maintains DHCP, DNS, and systems related to IP management (IPAM); provides general support for the application and desktop virtualization environment, the secure data environment (PCI & HIPAA), along with Windows and Linux servers; and provides on-call and off-hours work as needed.

Bachelor’s degree; at least two years of Microsoft Server Systems administration experience; and proven ability to provide excellent customer service, work as a team, and meet deadlines required. Bachelor’s degree in an IT related field; experience with cloud technologies (Microsoft 365 and Google), virtualization, and system backups; working knowledge of networking including IP address, DHCP, and DNS management; working knowledge of Linux; experience maintaining an Active Directory forest, DNS, and certificate authorities; and programming or scripting experience preferred.
