IT Security Analyst

IT – Information Security

Monitors intrusion detection systems; performs vulnerability scans of campus resources; acquires, builds, or obtains tools to aid in security monitoring; and performs other duties as assigned related to information security for the university.

Bachelor’s degree required. Associate’s degree plus at least three years of information security experience may be substituted. Linux or Unix experience and knowledge of operating systems and the network data stack required. Student experience will be considered. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information management or related field and systems administration experience preferred.
