About the Job

Structurely is seeking an Account Manager who’s excited about the opportunity to offer technical and business expertise to enterprise customers adding conversational AI to their business.

What You’ll Do

  • Interact with both Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Structurely customers to determine implementation and maintenance plans
  • Develop key account strategies using those to implement and maintain plans
  • Be the point of contact for key accounts to address real-time or longer-range issues and features through messaging and phone calls
  • Determine plans to address problems using Agile methodology to involve resources from other departments within Structurely
  • Determine if issues or features can be accomplished and implemented by yourself using the suite of internal Structurely tools, such as our Script Customization
  • If so, implement the changes yourself, deploy, test, and tweak feedback on the changes with the key account, and go live to production
  • Provide analytical insights on the performance of conversational AI to key accounts using internal tools and database queries
  • Maintain and manage Structurely’s Conversation Quality Score (CQS) for key accounts to keep it above or maintain certain levels
  • Provide hands-on customer onboarding and support to develop custom scripts using Structurely’s proprietary script builder


  • Increasing speed-to-performance for our clients
  • Ensure our enterprise clients are fully using & gaining value from our solutions suite
  • Retaining and growing our enterprise client portfolio

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years of account management or sales engineering experience
  • Graduate of Management Information Systems, or equivalent engineering or technical degree is preferred
  • Have excellent technical knowledge, including Excel, SQL, markup languages (YAML), or other technical product management tools
  • Experience with lo-code or no-code tools such as Zapier to build custom workflow initiatives for new use cases of products
  • Processed customer inquiries in a prompt and professional manner
  • Experience in sales offering up-sell, cross-sell, or premium upgrade opportunities
  • Worked independently in a fast-paced work environment
  • Remain positive and energetic in a work environment that is supportive of continued education and learning

Nice-to-have software experience

  • Git (GitHub, GitLab, etc.)
  • Jira or another Agile-like project management system
  • Logic tree development software
  • CircleCI or another continuous integration software
  • NoSQL or SQL database such as MongoDB
  • Code editor such as Visual Studio, VIM, Atom or another
  • YAML or another markdown programming language
