Solutions Architect

The Solutions Architect will work with clients in Pre thru Post Sales. Develop solutions for clients that would include but no limited to, design, implementation and maintain systems. The position’s primary focus is to work with clients of various size and industry to help manage and support their IT vision.

Responsibilities:

  • Extend the knowledge and experience you have currently, thru continued
  • Listen to clients and work with sales team to identify and build solutions to present to clients
  • Provide feedback to executive and technical teams to participate in functionality roadmap planning. We want to listen to you and your ideas.
  • Audit, Discuss, Design, Implement best-in-class systems
  • Become the SME businesses can count on
  • Architecting on simple and complex solutions using a variety of technologies.
  • Gain and maintain certifications in areas of expertise
  • Help develop a positive work environment
  • Perform other tasks as needed or requested

Desired Experience, Skills, Abilities:

  • 5+ years of related information systems.
  • BS in Computer Science or similar academic background.
  • Certifications are highly encouraged but not required.
  • Excellent communication & soft skills to work with management, end users and technical vendors on technical issues as they relate to proposals or client needs
  • High level of self-motivation with a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to travel in various capacities, for example but not limited to client sites, training seminars, trade shows and corporate events
