Employee Engagement Committee – The Employee Engagement Committee meets on a regular basis to determine which events and non-profit organizations the organization supports annually. Volunteer members organize golf outings, luncheons, tournaments, fund raisers and more! Employees are encouraged to volunteer to be a committee member or enjoy the camaraderie the events encourage through participation.
Wellness Committee – The Wellness Committee is responsible for supporting wellness in the workplace. Job Summary: Plans and directs all aspects of external technology services in accordance with R&R Realty Group’s financial and operational expectations by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Market, scope, propose and manage IT projects such as low voltage, security, infrastructure improvements.
Confers with ownership and executive management to plan and implement property IT improvements.
Promote relationships and marketing between tenants/clients and vendors/suppliers per the business plan established to provide services to clients/tenants.
Analyze and negotiate contracts.
Assist R&R’s sales teams with IT services requested by clients.
Manage real estate portfolio infrastructure and services.
Interface with industry on technology matters.
Manage/assist team with special projects.
Oversee project budgets, expenses, and customer invoicing.
Drive to R&R properties and various locations as the position requires.
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems or equivalent.
3 to 5 years related experience and/or training.
Prefer experience in telecommunications.
Valid Iowa Driver’s License and personal liability insurance on your vehicle in the amounts prescribed by law.
Experience in sales and/or design of systems.
