P3 is hiring for a full time UX Strategy Design Lead. Looking for someone who is passionate about working with diverse teams and creating a unique and exciting customer experience.
Goals of this role would be:
Ensuring the organization is positioned to understand solutions to help clients navigate their systems
Taking a team-centered approach to problem solving
Leading and delivering end-to-end service design revolving around member experience
Guide research and design strategy processes
Collaborate with design and engineering teams
Drive research activities, service design blueprinting, persona development, design thinking workshops, etc.
Working across multiple projects collaborating with a variety of stakeholders to show the value behind service design strategy
Qualified candidates should possess the following:
Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Psychology, or related fields
7 years of Service Design, Human-Centered Design, or related design discipline
Expert in design thinking methodology
Strategic planning and development experience with a proven ability to develop comprehensive, customer-centric plans
Experience planning and leading research activities such as interviews, group sessions, observations, and synthesis sessions
Ability to make data-driven business decisions
