What you will do:

  • Promote best practices in Salesforce configuration and custom development
  • Design scalable technical architecture solutions across platforms with integrated authentication
  • Collaborate closely with teams and stakeholders throughout all stages of the development lifecycle

What you will need to be successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a four-year college or technical school, plus four or more years of experience in application development, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proven expertise in coding, testing, and debugging within Salesforce environments
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce technologies, including Lightning App Development, Lightning Web Components, Apex (Triggers, Rest API, Asynchronous), SOQL, Lightning Flow, Data Modeling, Platform Events, Data Integration, and handling large data volumes
  • Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica is highly preferred
  • Strong background in Sales Cloud is required; familiarity with Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud is a plus
