Responsibilities:

  • Support all aspects of Information Systems
  • Perform IT Support to staff and users
  • Identify and solve hardware and software challenges by telephone, remote access, or in-person
  • Analyze technical requirements of customers desiring to utilize hardware, software, communications, and operating procedures
  • Perform on-call and after-hours support as need
  • Identify areas that require upgraded hardware, software, communications, and operating procedures
  • Install, adjust, and complete minor repairs to hardware, software, and communication equipment
  • Perform and prepare report generation, programming, and technical documentation
  • Stay up to date on new hardware, software, and communication solutions
  • Manage external vendors for support, project management, and execution of projects, fixes, upgrades, etc.
  • Maintain documentation for calls, technical solutions, knowledge base, and other information

Requirements: 

  • 1-2+ years of related experience and/or training
  • Able to travel to other locations as needed
  • Valid state motor vehicle operator’s license
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
