Work Model:
On-Site

What You Will Do:
Manage day-to-day administration of CRM, database, and web-based applications
Ensure systems are optimized, up-to-date, and functioning reliably
Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support business decisions
Troubleshoot issues and serve as the main point of contact for users
Identify and implement process improvements and workflow automation
Manage integrations and collaborate with vendors, developers, and internal teams
Lead system configuration, enhancements, and user training

What You Will Need to Be Successful:
Experience managing business applications (CRM, database platforms, web apps)
Strong understanding of data management, reporting, and system integrations (APIs)
Familiarity with cloud-based tools and basic web technologies (HTML/CSS, CMS)
Ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Experience with HubSpot, FileMaker Pro, or similar platforms
Exposure to eCommerce/web platforms (e.g., Magento)
Familiarity with AI tools or integrations
