Our client is looking for someone to be a leader in their Information Technology department as their new Information Technology Specialist. Responsibilities:
- Perform internal network performance and troubleshooting
- Manage external network operation and connectivity
- Maintain, troubleshoot and update Enterprise Server
- Vendor coordination of support contracts and maintenance agreements
- Manage company data backup coordination including retention, and backup integrity/validation
- Complete user end support and training for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
- Research and test technology that benefits efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
- Knowledgeable in software, hardware, and networks
- Expert in end user support
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and leadership skills
