Responsibilities:
- Develop long-term planning and vision
- Interact with information technology security, developers, testing & quality assurance, product support, server, and architecture teams
- Maintain and advance technology products and/or the department
- Articulate product requirements in collaboration with the development team, sponsors and stakeholders
- Support the selection of project and initiative resources
- Document project requirements
- Complete product road mapping to include feature maps, user stories, design sketches, etc.
- Work with business stakeholders to define and track key product performance indicators
Requirements:
- 2+ years of related experience
- Experience in agile software development methods is desired
- Knowledge in software development technologies
- Experience with business rules analysis and documentation
- Able to self-motivate, work independently, and work well under pressure
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
