Responsibilities:
- Perform overall implementation and delivery of technology services to external customers with a positive attitude
- Lead the delivery and support of all company service offerings
- Consult with customers to recommend technical partners and solutions
- Manage vendor partners on behalf of customers
- Implement and delivery Cybersecurity services and troubleshoot threats in Office 365 and connected systems
- Improve service standards for internal and external customers by proposing strategic initiatives to leadership team regarding policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate records and document actions for areas managed
- Help with basic help desk and security needs
Requirements:
- 2+ years of managerial experience
- Experience in a level 2 service role or greater that includes a high engagement level with customers and internal partners
- Experience with security technologies, powershell scripting, and Office 365 troubleshooting experience
- Experience administering Microsoft Windows, Office 365 and Azure Active Directory, including Azure AD MFA and Conditional Access
- Strong technical, customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
