Responsibilities:
- Manage one or more agile projects
- Deliver product, application, or enhancements via a multi-disciplinary agile team
- Ensure resources have a full understanding of work effort, timelines, and expectations
- Work closely with the team members on delivery issues/concerns
- Identify development opportunities
- Work with manager to establish learning focus and plan
- Pursue development opportunities and show expected progress on the learning plan
- Report identified risks to the appropriate team and/or management
- Manage, monitor, and report risks
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of management experience
- 3+ years of technology delivery experience
- Expert technical knowledge in software development methodologies, design, and implementation
- Agile and Waterfall software development experience
- Experience in web applications using .NET, SQL Server, HTML, JavaScript, and jQuery
- Strong critical/analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong technical writing, customer service, communication, and presentation skills
