Our central Iowa based client is searching for a qualified Business Application Technical Support to join their scrum team. This individual will troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues related to system functionality and data discrepancies. If this sounds like a fit, apply today!

Responsibilities:

  • Support others in the use of software applications
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve issues related to system functionality and data discrepancies
  • Respond to questions, incidents, and issues that come up over the phone and via email
  • Log and track incidents in the service management system
  • Support proprietary application services and solutions
  • Resolve questions/issues related to the software
  • Test new software enhancements
  • Participate in a scrum team environment

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience supporting complex proprietary applications
  • Able to maintain strong technical skills and business knowledge in a changing environment
  • Able to learn the company’s application portfolio
  • Detail-oriented/strong organizational skills are important attributes
