Palmer Group is seeking a Systems Technology Consultant to lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise applications. Responsibilities:
- Gather requirements, troubleshoot, analyze, and provide solutions on issues on interface/integration to/from Oracle Fusion Cloud
- Plan and execute technology security assessment, design, and implementation services related to a variety of Cloud Oracle products
- Work with the business stakeholders to understand and assess business requirements for the configuration, testing, implementation, and provisioning of security for all delivered and custom functionality, system fixes, and updates
- Evaluate the design and effectiveness of Oracle security roles and automated controls throughout key business process cycles
- Analyze and resolve security configuration and access issues using a variety of internal methods and processes
- Work with business and other technology teams to identify opportunities for systems/processes improvements
- Create and maintain data flow diagrams, logical system flow diagrams, and entity-relationship diagrams
- Create and maintain solution design/ configuration documents, use cases, test plans, test scenarios, test scripts
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of systems integrations experience with a strong preference for integrations with Oracle Fusion Cloud
- 4+ years of system/security administration, reports, and analytics, techno-functional experience in Oracle HCM Cloud modules
- Experience with T-SQL or PL-SQL, C#, PowerShell commands
- Oracle Cloud Certification in Payroll and other HCM Cloud modules is a plus
- Experience in utility tools such as JIRA, GitHub, Bitbucket, ServiceNow are highly desired
- Strong requirement study, fit-gap analysis, functional and technical specifications design documentation skills
- Outstanding data, analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and creative problem-solving skills
- Experience practicing AGILE methodology is highly desired
- Experience with automated test tools is a plus
