Responsibilities:
- Support projects from the beginning stages to conclusion
- Work with internal business partners, external vendors, information technology staff and other stakeholders
- Define requirements, specifications, and logical flowcharts for system implementations and improvements
- Drive out details on user needs and workflow
- Document requirements
- Complete and update project documentation
- Manage project scope
Requirements:
- Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledgeable about the project process including scoping, requirements definition, development, testing training and implementation
- Able to manage customer and supplier relationships
