Scrum Master/Business Analyst (30517)

Responsibilities:

  • Read, interpret, and translate requirements
  • Participate in testing, creating test cases/plans, and coordinating these effort
  • Coordinate team members and facilitate team meetings
  • Provide implementation plans, gather requirements, and coordinate testing efforts
  • Prioritize, troubleshoot, analyze, and coordinate multiple stakeholders
  • Create deliverables using Microsoft Office, project, Visio, Microsoft Teams, and Jira
  • Prepare and update project implementation plans and timelines
  • Lead requirement sessions with SMEs and the app dev team

Requirements:

  • Universal experience in leading technology projects utilizing business analysis, project management, and testing background
  • Both Agile and Waterfall methodologies and Scrum Master experience is a plus
  • Able to work independently and communicate objectives throughout an organization
  • SDLC knowledge and experienced in SQL queries
  • Experience running a team
  • Experience in software development projects
  • Understanding of the core concepts of the development lifecycles
  • Familiar with software development lifecycle and facilitating a team through the process
  • Demonstrated experience gathering and communicating requirement
  • Experience working with mainframe systems/COBOL developers is a plus
