  • Maintain Agile values and practices
  • Coach and mentor the team
  • Schedule and facilitate Scrum ceremonies
  • Remove impediments to ensure team success
  • Inspect the project and roles
  • Make changes to the product to adapt the Scrum framework and increase productivity
  • Review and inspect the backlog to help it evolve
  • Assist and serve the product owner with release planning and strategic, long-range planning and address any conflicting business needs
  • Act as a liaison to the organization through sprint reporting, project status reporting, collaboration with stakeholders
  • Document detailed functional and non-functional requirements, business rules, and reviews test cases
  • Enable close collaboration across all roles and functions and across teams
  • Facilitate the definition and development of stories by the product owner and SMEs to meet the business needs
  • Facilitate business process mapping and business stakeholder sessions


  • Analyst experience required
  • Experience in Enterprise and Cloud Data sets
  • Expert Power BI Developer
  • Able to work collaboratively, within sprints
