Responsibilities:

  • Lead team stand-ups and submit weekly status reports
  • Communicate business progress and priorities to leadership
  • Conduct requirements gathering sessions for new requests
  • Participate in testing
  • Manage the backlog and present weekly backlog updates
  • Work alongside Cobol and Java development teams, in close partnership with UI leadership and SMEs
  • Work with the Infrastructure and Operations Team Lead/Project Manager for infrastructure-related UI efforts

Requirements:

  • Prior technology implementation with an understanding of SDLC
  • Project management: planning/managing scope, budget, timeline, resource; coordinating project activities
  • Strong communication skills
  • Requirement elicitation, documentation, and articulation between teams
  • High-quality documentation: requirements, user stories, process maps, instruction, slide deck presentations
  • Experience using workflow management tools
  • Experience testing system functionality against requirements/specifications
  • Understanding and application of Agile, Scrum principles
