Responsibilities:

  • Define overall content management strategy and objectives for multiple workstreams
  • Compile a content management program by collaborating with senior executives and organization leaders
  • Communicate the program strategy and objectives to key stakeholders and project team resources
  • Ensure that individual workstreams continually align with the overall business goals and objectives
  • Identify stories that need updating and revisions, as well as formulating a workable content roadmap
  • Manage all content creation, revision, and retention across multiple platforms
  • Coordinate multiple work-streams and identify activities common to the workstreams
  • Consolidate and report accomplishments, milestones, risks, issues, decisions from individual workstreams at the program level
  • Establish appropriate mechanisms and tools for measuring the benefits of the program through well documented KPIs

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing role that incorporates content strategy and strong technical skills
  • Understanding of digital development
  • Strong understanding of interactive strategy, design, production, and project management as well as digital marketing and accessibility
  • Ability to translate complex and varied inputs including data, user research, strategic direction, and broad industry research into compelling stories and actionable programs in order to identify feasible options and evaluate strategic trade-offs
  • Experience developing credibility and rapport with key business partners, leading people and projects through influence, and a transparent, agile, and data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Self-sufficient in web analytics and enterprise-level web analytics technologies, such as Adobe Analytics
  • Experience developing or managing enterprise-level content strategy, channel standards, and/or content management systems
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, project management software, etc.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
