Project Manager (31191)

Calling all project managers! This Project Manager is responsible for a variety of department and project tasks associated with the managing and tracking of business and Information technology initiatives. The department is seeking someone who can drive business and technology projects to completion. If you are passionate about the responsibilities below, then this is the role for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to project management governance on multiple projects
  • Produce project schedules, identify and staff needed resourcing, procure vendor products/implementation services, and submit funding requests
  • Manage the delivery efforts and report the statuses
  • Work with multiple business and platform areas
  • Conduct project meetings
  • Responsible for project tracking and analysis
  • Track project progress, monitor and modify project schedules and provide status updates to the project team
  • Escalate issues to management and appropriate leadership when needed
  • Responsible for IT project governance, assessment, management, and control
  • Gather and define requirements
  • Work with internal business and technical staff in implementing a ServiceNow instance that will assist help desk logging, knowledge transfer, self-service, and automation of the workflow

Requirements:

  • ServiceNow implementations experience is preferred
  • Ability to work within a project governance structure
  • Able to motivate the team and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and challenging environment
  • Experience gathering and organizing multiple simultaneous complex business process scenarios
  • Demonstrated experience with managing client expectations, implementing service improvement initiatives
  • Skilled in providing insight and knowledge into improving processes related to portfolio, project, and program management
  • Excellent organizational, presentation, interpersonal and team-building skills
  • Strong communication, time management, and project planning skills
