Responsibilities:
- Schedule, facilitate, and prepare agendas for project meetings
- Log action items, risks, issues, and decisions (RAID log)
- Communicate with project team members and stakeholders
- Manage project financials and forecasting
- Track project schedule and project performance with tasks and milestones
- Prepare status and other routine reports
- Help on-board project team members
- Work closely with Project and Program Managers on project activities
- Lead small sub-projects and deliverables
Requirements:
- Expert on WorkOtter/Jira functionality
- Able to perform in a fast pace environment
- Past experience working in a formal PMO
- Understand PPM tools and methodology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
