Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day support, configuration, and maintenance of all IT Infrastructure systems
- Provide support for servers, SAN storage systems, and all business-critical applications
- Monitor system performance, configuration, maintenance, and repair
- Assist in the operation of technology resources including networks, servers, computers, software, and data services
- Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments
- Manage workflow and meet deadlines
- Provide third-tier support on escalated tickets and then resolve, find solutions, and document
Requirements:
- 3+ years equivalent work experience
- Experience with Microsoft technologies
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMWare and Hyper-V
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Exchange environments both on prem and cloud
- Able to work nights and weekends when needed
- Able to perform a server migration from Windows Server 2008 to Window Server 2016
- PowerShell and scripting experience
- IT Security knowledge
- Strong customer service, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
