This Junior Systems Administrator will assist in day-to-day support, configuration, and maintenance of all IT Infrastructure systems. Strong customer service skills are a must! Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day support, configuration, and maintenance of all IT Infrastructure systems
  • Provide support for servers, SAN storage systems, and all business-critical applications
  • Monitor system performance, configuration, maintenance, and repair
  • Assist in the operation of technology resources including networks, servers, computers, software, and data services
  • Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments
  • Manage workflow and meet deadlines
  • Provide third-tier support on escalated tickets and then resolve, find solutions, and document

Requirements:

  • 3+ years equivalent work experience
  • Experience with Microsoft technologies
  • Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMWare and Hyper-V
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 Exchange environments both on prem and cloud
  • Able to work nights and weekends when needed
  • Able to perform a server migration from Windows Server 2008 to Window Server 2016
  • PowerShell and scripting experience
  • IT Security knowledge
  • Strong customer service, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
