Responsibilities:
- Assist with production implementation and support of new and existing technologies
- Maintain a high level of customer service
- Identify, research, document, design solutions, and resolve issues
- Understand technical functionality, usability, design, security, and operation of supported systems
- Research complex solutions in a fast-paced environment
- Train and educate users as well as initiate preventative technical measures when appropriate
- Provide on-call support when needed
- Use the following tools and technologies: Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Laptop/Desktop/iPad, Mobile devices, Citrix Receiver/XenDesktop/XenApp, and Cisco Networking LAN/WAN/Wireless
Qualifications:
- Experience in an IT customer service, IT support, or IT troubleshooting role
- Possess strong problem-solving and big-picture/conceptual skills
- Must be able to work with people at all levels
- Able to travel occasionally
- Excellent planning/organizational, time management, decision-making, and communication skills
