Responsibilities:
- Work with IT business leads and delivery teams to drive business value creation
- Facilitate initiative estimate creation and agile ceremonies
- Oversee the delivery of multiple scrum teams
- Identify and manage initiative risks and issues, then document changes
- Create and maintain project charters, schedules, and other deliverables
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in IT project management and Agile delivery as a Scrum Master
- PMP and CSM certified preferred
- Strong understanding of agile delivery
- Proven ability to manage scope, budget, schedule, quality, and change control to meet project objectives
- Project chartering, planning, and design activities experience
- Knowledge of requirements gathering, estimating techniques and tools, and project financial reporting
- Microsoft Project Professional experience
- Outstanding leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
